Answers to some of our customers most common questions...


Q: I've seen colours on Social Media that are not online, can I order these? 

A: We always have our styles in certain colours that run all year round, these are the colours you'll see as options online. As an extra special feature for our own flagship store in Kinsale we run small quantities of Limited Edition colours, we make anything from 10 - 100 bags in these colours. The Limited Editions don't last very long and change quite regularly, as a result these are not available to buy online from our website. However, if you see a particular bag in a particular colour you just have to have, be it on our social media or through our shop window, fear not, we can easily take payment over the phone (021 4709372) and post this out to you (there is a shipping cost same as online transaction). We can't however tell in advance which colours are coming down the line or make anything up in a Limited Edition colour as once we get the colours in, we use it in full. 

Q: I have a Jamie Foldover Clutch without a strap, can one be added?

A: Unfortunately not. The Jamie Clutch that is sold with the strap has the option of wearing it two ways; as a cross-body bag and as an evening clutch. You do this by un-tieing the knot on the inside of the bag. If you have bought a Jamie without a strap, one cannot be added, it is simply a lovely clutch! 


Q: What are the dimension of your bags? 

A: Simply go to the product you're interested in, there is a 'more details' button, once this is clicked all product dimensions will appear down the bottom. 


Q: Can I get my initials on my bag?

A: We currently don't offer this option, but we'd like to in the future. 


Q: I was given a bag as a gift, I'd like to return it for another colour / style, is this possible?

A: Absolutely! We offer a 30 day return period, with the gift receipt or initial receipt. Card refunds can only be issued to the card that the purchase was made on. This will take 2 days to process and will appear back in your account in 10 working days. Cash refunds can be made on the day provided the tags are still on the bag and it has been un-used, fit for re-sale. After the 30 day return period we can refuse the return of an item. Items can only be exchanged for existing stock. The refund total will be the total cost of the bag excluding any postage costs incurred on our part. 


Q: I have an old leather item that I'd like repaired, do you do repairs?

A: Repairs aren't something we do unfortunately, however if you have purchased an item from us and it needs repair we are happy to do this, there will be a material, labour and postage cost where applicable. 


Q: I'd like a bespoke bag made, do you do this?

A: At the moment we just make and sell our tried and tested collections, we have found creating a new pattern and prototype to be very cost prohibitive and disruptive to our workshop.
